DUDE I LOVE THIS CHALK. I have super sweaty hands and I usually have to reapply every set with my old chalk. But with this liquid chalk I only have to reapply once after every excersise!!!

Originally bought this to see if it lives up to the hype, it does. Best purchase I’ve ever made and it’s completely glued me to poor commercial gym benches, as someone who doesn’t have access to comp benches etc this helps tremendously and I would recommend it to anyone 😀😀

I tried the mat bench a few weeks ago, and first of all, the design looks super cool it’s fire, ngl🔥

When it comes to the bench, I felt a big difference. I could really feel my upper back staying stable and super tight, and I had more concentration on my upper body

Honestly I was a little sceptical about bench mats. But this one actually helped increase my bench press. Super clean look & high quality too.
